General Location – High Road, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire EN10 7HU
approximately 6 miles North of the M25. On the border between
Hertfordshire and Essex, near the A10. We are North of Enfield,
South West of Harlow nearby Hoddesdon.

From the M25 – Head towards the Dartford tunnel if travelling
from the west. Take exit number 25 and on the exit roundabout
stay in the left lane and follow the A10 in a Northerly direction i.e.
in the direction of Cambridge. After approximately 3 miles near
the Brookfield Shopping Centre take the A1170 to Broxbourne
passing through Wormley to reach Broxbourne Village.
After passing through Wormley at Broxbourne you will pass
directly through a set of Traffic Lights at a “T” Junction.
Broxbourne’s parade of shops will be on the right Halfway down
this 100 metre parade you will pass through a pedestrian crossing
controlled by traffic lights. We are at the end of the parade of
shops on the right hand corner of High Road and St.Michael’s
Road. The property is very noticeable as it stands on top of a
raised earth mound and juts out close to High Road and
overlooks the parade of shops so can be seen from far.
The property is a pebbledash house with black barge boards
and is named St. Michael’s Mount. The property is hidden behind
a large hedge, the vehicle entrance is in St Michael’s Road via two
brown wooden swing gates.

From Waltham Abbey head north from the roundabout at the
northern entrance to Abbey, follow B194 via Nazeing along
Crooked Mile. After approx 4 miles at Nazeing Village traffic lights
turn left on B194 to Broxbourne. Pass by Leisure Centre on your
left and Broxbourne Station on your right to traffic lights at a
T junction at which you turn right. A parade of shops will be on
your right Follow directions above.

From Harlow – Head South at Water Lane roundabout follow
signs to Nazeing then to Broxbourne.
